You can start any patio party off right by popping the cork on this bubbly. The smells are a dead ringer for apple juice and baked apples, while the palate shows off more complexity. There’s a big mineral component that kicks this wine off on the tongue, then we move into lemon acidity and a yeasty-apple-y finish.
